Play Date!

Hello again friends,

This weekend my foster mom had a friend come over with her 2 greyhounds for a play date!  It was cold and a little muddy from all the recent rain, but we had a good time!

First, I had to greet our guest.

Auntie Carroll knows how to scratch a hound just right!


Then we headed outdoors for a bit of fun.

My foster brother saw something through the fence, so we had to check it out!

Then all the black dogs gathered on the porch for a photo.  Foster mom said it was a bit like herding cats.   I'm front and center.

Afterwards, we headed inside to get some water and COOKIES!  I've gotten really good about waiting in line for my turn when the treats are passed out.

I asked foster mom to take off my coat when we got inside, so I'm the naked hound.



Afterwards, it was time for a nap! When we sleep on our backs like this, it's called roaching!


I was worn out for the rest of the day!

I'll check back in again, once I've caught up on my rest!
