My name is Kiowa Top Win, but my foster mom calls me Winn. Thanks for visiting my blog! To tell you a little about me, I'm a little over 2 and half years old. In my last race, I hurt my back and they decided to retire me. Foster mom says I'm so active now, you'd never even guess I'd had an injury.
Last Friday seemed like just a regular day. But then a big van pulled up outside our kennel in Daytona and 4 people from GEGR arrived. They loaded me and 6 of my friends into the van and we took a loooong drive all the way to Maryland.
This is us all loaded up for the big trip!

| Yes, that's me in the white muzzle. |
When we got to MD, I met some more nice people, who gave me a bath, groomed me, microchipped me and took my picture. Then, I got loaded up in another van with my buddy Split, and we drove a few hours south to Virginia where I live with my foster family.

| Hey foster mom, you need any help with the navigation? |
It was a long, tiring trip. I got to my foster home and met the resident dogs (3 greyhounds and a schnauzer). I tackled the stairs with just a little help and got settled on a dog bed to rest.
It's been a few days, and I'm getting settled into the routine here. I sleep great, get along well with all my foster siblings, love to give and get kisses and I'm a huge snuggler. I really like my crate. I stay in it when foster mom leaves for work. I like to rest in it sometimes when she's home, and it's a great place to stash my toys!
One of my favorite things is my Kong. Foster mom puts delicious food in it and freezes it, and when she leaves home, I have something to snack on for a good while.
Foster mom says I'm a super sweet, happy, affectionate boy, who would love to go for a nice walk or have some playtime, and then curl up with you to snuggle. I hope you'll come back and see how I'm doing from time to time, and if you think we'd be a good fit, go ahead and fill in that online application.
Until next time,
Winn
